Tina has been transforming lives for over 20 years.
With roots in the health and wellness industry and a background in transformational coaching, behavior change, and nature-based experiences, the support Tina offers considers not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
Her own deep transformation, which was brought on by a debilitating illness, lead her to become wildly passionate about helping women to fiercely love themselves so that they can share their gifts with the world and care for others from a place of abundance instead of burnout.
A British transplant and former dancer, Amy found her way on to the path of yoga through her love of movement. After the birth of her two children and the diagnosis of her eldest son with a lifelong neurological condition Amy dove deeper looking for ways to process, heal and grow stronger, both for herself and her children, what she has discovered so far has been transformational. Amy is a 200-RYT and certified Theta Healing practitioner with a strong desire to share the benefits of yoga and living in the present moment with as many people as possible.
